The Urban Land Institute is a global nonprofit education and research institute with a mission to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in sustaining and creating thriving communities worldwide. At its Fall Meeting on October 23, 2017, AA’s Trevor Abramson and Björn Schrader presented the Platform, a retail, restaurant and workplace development in Culver City. The ULI’s Fall Meeting attracts over 6,000 attendees each year.
