Urbanize LA has recently published an article updating construction efforts on our mixed-use complex on the corner of Washington Boulevard and Motor Avenue. The article mentions wood framing currently on the rise from the eight-story project. The building will feature 112 studio and one-bedroom apartments; addressing a growing population in the Palms neighborhood.
