Daniel Trophelov, AIA

Project Manager II

Daniel enjoys the rigor involved in determining the right approach for a project and working systematically with intent. He is a licensed architect with over a decade of experience with multifamily developments and renovations in NY and NJ. He has completed numerous successful projects with notable developers including Lefrak, Stonehenge & Fisher Associates. He has a breadth of experience with complex projects requiring multiple-agency approvals, and specializes in exterior façade restoration work including landmarked historical construction.

Bachelor of Architecture - Cal Poly San Luis Obispo

Daniel is a competitive cyclist, riding over 3000 miles a year. He also enjoys “culinary experiments,” the latest of which was a dabble in pickling, and vodka infusions in proper Eastern European tradition. He somehow manages to live with 4 bikes, a tandem kayak, 4-seasons worth of camping gear, and a charcoal grill in a 3 story NYC walk-up, where he also makes furniture, all without clutter.
