Isaiah approaches architecture as both an art form and a technical discipline. Initially inspired by monumental works like the Guggenheim Museum and La Sagrada Familia, his interest has evolved into a deeper appreciation for architecture’s ability to shape human experience and foster community. He believes that even within practical and economic constraints, design should remain poetic expressed through curated qualities of light, sound, texture, and materiality.
Isaiah first joined Abramson Architects as an intern and recently returned to the firm after earning his Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2025. Starting with render, graphics, and façade design during his internship, he now aims to deepen his holistic understanding of the design process, with goals of learning project management.
Passionate about continuous learning, he has developed new workflows using Rhino, Blender, and 3D printing to improve the clarity and craft of his work. He is especially drawn to the problem-solving side of architecture and finds satisfaction in organizing complex processes into efficient, well-paced workflows. For him, creativity and coordination are equally vital to good design.
