Stephanie Absalon

Administrative Assistant
"I'm most energized when creating and collaborating with others to bring new ideas to life that make a positive impact."

Philosophy

Stephanie discovered her passion for architecture at an early age—by five, she was constructing forts with anything she could use in her bedroom and sketching imaginative spaces she hoped to one day bring to life. That early interest took root during a visit to the Salk Institute for Biological Studies in La Jolla, California, where she was deeply moved by how thoughtful design could elevate learning and scientific research. It was an impactful moment that led her to a career in architecture.

With over eight years of industry experience spanning office administration, residential design, and commercial projects, Stephanie offers a well-rounded perspective on the creative and operational aspects of architectural practice. In recent years, she has transitioned into a role focused on operations and marketing, supporting the studio's day-to-day needs and helping create conditions for teams to thrive.

Stephanie excels in collaborative, creative environments where the exchange of new ideas and ongoing learning and development surrounds her. She's passionate about fostering community, supporting colleagues, and continually expanding her skills.
