AWA+D 50:50 X 2020

On October 7, 2020, Sasha Monge and Guelsah Kuecuek Cavdarli represented Abramson Architects during the AWA+D's Virtual Celebration of efforts towards gender diversity. The discussions centered around the results of the first five years of the challenge as well as strategies to ignite a wider network and implement the 50:50 framework of "Talent, Licensure, Leadership, and Re-Entry".
