Creating Change In Our Own Backyard

Located in a rapidly developing neighborhood and one block away from Abramson Architects HQ, this 3-story creative office features indoor / outdoor connections, flexible floor-plates, a rooftop garden, and ground-floor amenity spaces. The concept includes a secured onsite garage enabling employees and their VIP guests to find ample parking day or night.

The building totals 75,000 square feet of space from its parking to rooftop garden. The first floor is designed with client-specific needs in mind, while the second and third floors are designed with an open office floor plan with private breakout rooms and biophilic designs incorporated throughout. The rooftop is a programmable garden retreat designed for events, entertaining, and employee use. The subterranean garage hosts 2.5 levels of parking for a total of 236 parking spaces. A smart valet assist keeps employee cars secure while creating a hassle-free parking environment. Delivery of this new creative office space is set to finish by June 2023.
